Annual document in accordance with § 10 WpPG

Pursuant to Section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), a company listed on the stock exchange is required to annually publish a document containing or referring to all information published or made publicly available by the company in the previous fiscal year.

According to the Japanese Securities and Exchange Law, Article 24, we are obliged to provide a semi-annual and an annual Securities Report to the Japanese stock exchange.
